This hooded garment is excellent in cold weather, as it will keep you warm. 

Unfortunately, it is not good in warm weather, as it will not keep you unwarm.

With this in mind, it is an excellent hooded garment and you should buy it if you want to wear a caricature of what I would look like partially rotted and undead, yet with my usual pizazz.
